Citizens Health Consist of: Citizens Medical Center, Prairie Senior, Family Center for Health Care & the Citizens Foundation.

Citizens Health is a 501 (c) (3) Non-Profit organization and does not receive ANY funding from the tax payers! With that in mind the Citizens Foundation has made it their mission to enhance community and philanthropic support to advance Citizens Health’s ability to provide quality health care.

How can you help? Becoming a Sponsor in the Citizens Foundation Golf Tournament held on June 11th, is a great way to give back. All moneys raised are used exclusively to promote excellence in healthcare.
