Environmental Services
Technician/ Housekeeping
The Phlebotomist/lab aide assists the technical staff of the laboratory in basic laboratory procedures, to include specimen procurement, and perform assigned clerical duties.
Clinical Laboratory Scientist
Full-time Night Shift
Perform high volume and low volume tests in the clinical laboratory.  Identify direct causes, both technical and instrumental, of problems and make corrections as needed.  Monitor quality control procedures in the laboratory within predetermined parameters.  Perform collection and laboratory analysis of specimens, using a complex network of steps and variables.  Develop new or alternative testing methodologies and write test procedures as needed.  May work different shifts depending on staffing needs.  Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Medical Technology or related clinical degree.  Hold or be eligible for registration (AMT or ASCP) as medical technologist.  
Nursing Services:
Full -time or Part-time
Under the supervision and direction of an RN, assists professional nursing staff by performing basic patient care activities and related nonprofessional services in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the patients.

Under the supervision of the Department Director and/or Nurse Supervisor, coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing staff and other health care team personnel in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice. 
Rehab Services:

Physical Therapist 

Full-time or Part-time

A staff physical therapist is responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment.  Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.   

Specialty Clinic
The Specialty Clinic Manager is responsible for assisting in the directing of all aspects of service within the Specialty Department.  Responsibilities include directing the clinical nursing services of the assigned outpatient department, monitoring and achieving quality assurance standards in the delivery of care, monitoring cost-effective budget goals, and assisting in the selecting and maintaining of staff by assessing appropriate continuing education experiences.
Must have two years hospital experience as a professional nurse in which potential administrative and supervisory competence has been demonstrated.  Must have two years experience in Specialty Department.
Surgery Manager

Under the direction of the Medical Director of Surgical Services, the Surgery Manager is accountable for the services within the Department of Surgical Services. Basic accountabilities include responsibility for establishing and achieving quality standards in the delivery of care, selecting and maintaining staff, assuring appropriate continuing education experiences and establishing and accomplishing cost-effective budgeting goals. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, meaningful Operating Room Experience, and storng team building and leadership skills are required.

$3,000 Full-time RN Sign On BONUS
Offering a New Philosophy of Long Term care with excellent pay and benefits.  Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, coordinates total nursing care for residents, participates in resident, employee, and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with all other members of the health care team.

Vision Source:  Employee pays no premium for coverage.  Provides discounts on eye exams, contacts, lenses, and frames at Drs. Morrison and Wahlmeier in Colby, KS. 

Retirement Plans: Roth IRA: employee eligible to begin saving immediately, CMCI match beginning on 1 year anniversary, vested after 5 years of service. 

Life Insurance:  CMCI provides coverage equal to two times employee’s annual income (capped at $300,000).  Employee may purchase additional coverage.  

Group Long Term Disability:  Coverage provided by CMCI for all full-time employees. 

Differential and Certification pay:  Eligible employees receive shift, weekend, & holiday differential; along with advance certificate pay.
