Citizens Medical Center:

Environmental Services:
Cleans and services CMCI building areas, moves furniture, equipment, and supplies in and around CMCI departments, and performs a variety of environmental services and other duties in accordance with established policies and procedures in order to maintain an orderly and sanitary condition.  
Full-time (days)
To perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests, procedures and related duties.  Includes high to moderate complex lab testing.  The ability for problem solving and time management.  This is a generalist position who will perform in all areas of the lab including blood bank and microbiology.  Must be ASCP certified or eligable to take certification within 6 months of hire or equivilent.  Must also have an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science.  Weekend call must be taken once every 3 to 4 weeks and 1 holiday per year.     
Nursing Services:
Full-time or Part-time
Experienced OB & ER Nurses
Under the supervision of the Department Director and/or Nurse Supervisor, coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing staff and other health care team personnel in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice. 
Under the supervision and direction of an RN, assists professional nursing staff by performing basic patient care activities and related nonprofessional services in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the patients.   
Nutritional Services:
Diet Aide 
Responsible for production scheduling, cold food preparation, daily sanitation, preparing and delivering patient trays and dishwashing procedures. 
Administrative Assistant
Responsible for scheduling the Radiology Department exams and registration of patients, pre-certification of scheduled exams, film librarian (hard and digital copies).  Assists radiologic technologists in film, exam retrieval, PACS and explaining exam preparations to patients.
Rehab Services:
Physical Therapist 
A staff physical therapist is responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment.  Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.
Occupational Therapist Assistant 
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, treats patients, in accordance with the orders of the referring physician, through the use of the therapeutic procedures and supportive devices intended to maximize functional potentials in all areas of a patient's life.  The therapist is responsible for the implementation of the Standards of Practice for Occupational Therapy written by the American Occupational THerapy Association.   

Prairie Senior Living Complex:

Nursing Services:
Full-time and Part-time
Offering a New Philosophy of Long Term care with excellent pay and benefits.  Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, coordinates total nursing care for residents, participates in resident, employee, and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with all other members of the health care team.
Full-time and Part-time
Under the supervision and direction of the Charge Nurse and/or Director of Nursing, assists professional nursing staff by performing resident care activities and related nonprofessional services in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the residents.

Health & Dental Insurance:  Coverage includes Preventive Care Plan, Prescription Drug Plan, and Citizens Medical Center Pharmacy discount.  Employee eligible for premium discount after 2 years of service.   

Vision Source:  Employee pays no premium for coverage.  Provides discounts on eye exams, contacts, lenses, and frames at Drs. Morrison and Wahlmeier in Colby, KS. 

Retirement Plans: Roth IRA: employee eligible to begin saving immediately, CMCI match beginning on 1 year anniversary, vested after 5 years of service. 

Life Insurance:  CMCI provides coverage equal to two times employee’s annual income (capped at $300,000).  Employee may purchase additional coverage.  

Group Long Term Disability:  Coverage provided by CMCI for all full-time employees. 

Differential and Certification pay:  Eligible employees receive shift, weekend, & holiday differential; along with advance certificate pay.
