Dan Kuhlman, M.D.

Dr. Kuhlman received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology at Kansas State University. He received his Medical Doctorate degree at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. His Residency was completed in
Family Medicine in Salina, KS at the Smoky Hill Family Medicine Residency.

Kuhlman takes pleasure in getting to know people and helping them understand medicine better. He values his role as a teacher of medicine as much as he values his role as a physician. “I enjoy taking the time to listen to my patients and understand their concerns. I appreciate and value a team approach to good medical practice. I believe my patients value me as much as I value them. I believe they see me as a person who can educate them and help them make good informed decisions about their medical care.”

Dan is originally from Kensington, KS and has a huge appreciation for small town life. His parents live in Athol, KS and his only sister resides in McPherson, KS. He met his wife, Kara, in medical school! They have one daughter, Anna, and one son, Scott. When he is not practicing medicine, he enjoys running/triathlons, Royals baseball, reading, playing with his kids, and any type of sporting activity.
